About Us

L&N Metal Works was founded in 2010 in Pulaski, Wisconsin, as a small fabrication shop built on family values and hands-on craftsmanship. Neal, our founder, learned to weld at age 12 under the guidance of his father, Larry. Because of Larry’s influence, Neal named the company L&N Metal Works, the first initials of Larry and Neal. The values that Larry instilled in Neal decades ago continue to shape the business today. Respect, integrity, skill, and hard work are hallmarks of our company.
Wisconsin Metal Fabrication Shop
As demand grew for our metal work services grew, so did our capabilities. In 2016, we relocated to a 16,000-square-foot facility in the Gillett Industrial Park in Northeast Wisconsin. This move gave us the space and infrastructure to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, with a full suite of fabrication equipment to support custom and production work. In 2024, we completed a 4,000-square-foot facility expansion to support our expanding laser and forming operations.
Advanced Metal Fabrication Tools
Over the years, L&N Metal Works invested in state-of-the-art equipment and technology to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
2017
Faster Handrail & Pipe Fabrication

CNC tube bending technology improves the speed and precision of handrail and pipe fabrication.
2021
Complex Metal Parts Production

Laser cutting and metal forming tools (12 kW plate laser and 245 Ton CNC press brake) produce complex parts.
2022
Custom Tube Processing

A 3kW tube laser processes round, square, and rectangular tubing for custom railings, structural components, and precision-fit assemblies.
2023
Improved Automation and Finishing

A robotic welder, a laser welder, and vibratory finishing machine mark a leap forward in automation and finishing capabilities.
2024
Increased Cutting Capacity

A 20kW plate laser increases cutting capacity and handles thicker materials.
2025
Updated Laser and Edge Finishing

A large-bed 12kW model replaces our original plate laser. A large surface deburring machine streamlines edge finishing.
